In order to meet utility company requirements, upgrades to an existing building complex service equipment was provided. The scope of work included determination of as-built conditions of the electrical system for all existing tenants, and preparing permit drawings for the removal and replacement of the electric service equipment for a specific tenant.

Boulder/Ft. Lupton Tower Sites | Boulder, Colorado
Electrical modifications were provided to support the install of additional telecommunication rack equipment for two radio antenna buildings in northern Colorado. The scope included electrical utility coordination and electrical design to provide power to the new equipment in the existing buildings.

Sage Bistro Restaurant Remodel | Agoura Hills, California
Tenant improvements were made to an existing 4000 sf restaurant, which included new kitchen equipment and new lighting. The scope of electrical work involved new or relocated power circuits for the revised kitchen equipment and updated lighting fixtures and control wiring for the revised dining and bar area.

Orange County EV Charging Stations | Goshen, New York
Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations were designed at three (3) parking lots in towns that were part of Orange County, New York. Electrical scope involved powering the new EV chargers from existing electrical equipment in the adjacent buildings at each site. Work included design plans, probable cost of construction and specifications.

Specialty RTP Equipment Relocation | Houston, Texas
Engineering drawings were produced to support the relocation of various industrial equipment (pumps, chillers, etc.) and the installation of new fabrication equipment at an existing reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) manufacturing facility. Electrical modifications consisted of new electrical distribution panels, transformers, and appropriate modifications to the existing electrical system to extend power to the new location in the building.

Habitat Gardens Electrical at Denver Botanic Gardens | Denver, Colorado
Electrical infrastructure was provided in accordance with City and County of Denver standards for new site pedestal-mounted convenience receptacles and water pump equipment for two new water features. The scope of work also included upgrading the electrical subpanel which powered the new site loads and ensuring all installed equipment was within the existing capacity of the main building service.
